Missouri Action is a place for rural Missouri to get involved with progressive causes, community action and things to do. If you are passionate about progressive causes, finding ways to engage and people to partner with can be a challenge in rural Missouri. The goal of Missouri Action is to help make those connections and provide opportunities to meet others, take action to help, and grow support for progressive causes in rural Missouri. Also, part of the goal is to provide this space outside of social media environments. There's nothing wrong with social media, but the goal of Missouri Action is not to help people meet online, but to help people meet in person and do things together. There are already a lot of opportunities that already exist that can be shared with more people. Also, Missouri Action is here to encourage younger rural Missourians to get directly involved in politics and help guide communities, our state, and our country.
